Oils and Fats Engineering Ltd. was established in 1989. After acquisition of a minority shareholding by Crown Iron Works Company Inc., its name was changed to Europa Crown Limited in 1991. Over the last 15 years, the company has grown in strength and added resources to better serve its customers in the provision of oilseed extraction and refining systems.

In 2002, Crown Iron Works Inc. acquired the balance of equity, and Europa Crown Limited became a wholly owned subsidary.

Europa Crown Limited predominatly operates in the former Soviet Union, European, Scandinavian, Middle Eastern, and African markets.
